The development and nurturing of youthful talent is
  generally the most viable route to advancing the sport
  of golf in jamaica.  the  Jamaica Golf Association, in
  its efforts to promote the game of golf in jamaica, has
  established a National Junior Golf Programme.  

  The JGA has appointed a National Junior Golf
  Committee for the purpose of monitoring and
  channelling support for junior golf programmes
  sponsored   and   operated by individual member golf
  clubs.      Each club is,   however, responsible for
  maintaining the everyday running   of its programme.
