The National Golf Academy & Driving Range

Invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following key positions:- 

General Manager:

The General Manager will be responsible for all operations at the Golf Academy and Driving Range including Driving Range, Golf Academy, Pro Shop and Food & Beverage. 

Areas of responsibility include General Administration, Maintenance of Buildings & Grounds, Promotion, Advertising, Sales and Supervision of Staff. 

Applicants must have relevant qualifications and preferably at least 10 years experience in a management position in a service oriented organization. Knowledge of the game of golf and familiarity with local sports administration and the corporate community would be an asset.  

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include performance-linked profit sharing incentives.

Head Golf Professional:

The Head Golf Professional will be responsible for all teaching functions at the Golf Academy as well as the development of programmes for Beginners, Juniors and more experienced players. The Head Golf Professional will be assisted by Assistant Golf Professionals as the demand dictates. 

Applicants must be PGA certified and have at least 10 years experience as a golf teaching professional. Specific experience in operation of and teaching at a Golf School or Driving Range would be an asset.  

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes performance-linked incentives.
